Adv. David Magriso analyzed the reasons for the sharp rise and fall of Romanian real estate prices for "The Marker", a leading Israeli Economics Newspaper. Adv. Magriso noted that  there was a rise in prices, caused by objective factors of internal immigration and a large population in the big cities, yet the prices have risen above the real market value of the properties.
